EXCLUSIVE OPERATIONS OF MEDICAL AND HEALTH SERVICES IN PARTNERSHIP WITH PREMIER PARTNER SOLUTIONS

The British investment fund Actis has made emerging countries its core target in its investment strategy. In Cameroon, after electricity with ENEO, the focus is on real estate infrastructure.

Actis manages over US$9 billion in funds, employs 130,000 with an impressive track record in Africa, having delivered a series of successful development projects. The Douala Grand Mall and Business Park, at a total investment of £110 millions (XAF 80 billion CFA francs), is a real estate complex. The first phase includes the completion of a world-class shopping centre (Douala Grand Mall) and the second phase will deliver accommodation, upmarket housing and a 5-star hotel (The Business Park).

Building a centre:

Within this retail and Convention Centre, Premier Partners has secured 550 sq m (approx. 6000 sq ft) of space to develop a medical facility. We are developing an ultramodern Medical Centre to cater for the expanding middle class.

The operations of the centre will be underpinned by an up-to-date Electronic Health Record to assist the medical professionals in their activities while providing management with valuable data on the performance of the business.
